If I cut a player so they can re-spec do I have to wait 20 days to re-sign them or can I sign them during the offseason again

You have to wait 20 days.

Why would you cut to respec? Just wait until the offseason to respec and don't lose chem.

Thanks I didn't know if the chem would reset anyway if I just let the contract expire so I wanted to jump the gun on it if it was possible

They can respec while under contract in the offseason. You don't have to cut them or let their contract expire at all.

To be fair...There is bug/exploit going on with this that I reported at the end of S1 and has still not been fixed^^
