He built his QB very well.

So he put in designed QB rushes and never invested in speed, carrying, or agility.

So he put most of his points in pass power and left awareness, technique, and accuracy low.

Yeah he also was very cool and fun to work with. He would ninja-switch the offensive playbooks at the last minute even though he did no gameplanning whatsoever and had no work done in scrimmages.
