You better get it figured out quick then before Corny changes it.

If you haven't figured out what works for you by this point in the season a few more scrimmages before the playoff game starts isn't going to help.

Good job I've had my tactics for the playoffs set for a while then!

It's handy to run quick scrims just to check your player assignments since the Man Coverage was made mandatory; you don't know where they line up against different formations.

I need all the help I can get in the playoffs..

I'd suggest you wait till next season to change anything from our last game. I mean, we know changes are coming so why go to all the trouble of fixing things just to have to throw it all away in a couple games anyway?

This would indicate you're planning to run plays where you've not already run them previously. I can't think of any good reason why you'd wait to do this until the playoffs.

And as for that type of stuff, I suspect it'll be a rare deal that they update the sim so drastically that it impacts that type of stuff, so you can probably still get a good gauge from any "new" sim on the scrimmage server.

I'm planning on changing Yorick from a nearly 100% run team into a nearly 100% pass team for the playoffs.

But is totally top sekrit, so don't tell anyone, especially not mutley.

I tweak my defensive plays every game depending on my opponent, I may even want to try and throw in something new for the playoffs that they haven't previously seen.

It's handy to run a quick scrim to make sure I'm happy with all the assignments so I'm not left with players wide open (I've seen my opponents screw up like this).

To date I have not tried every defensive play against every offensive formation, I don't feel the need to unless the situation arises that it may be needed.

Maybe at the start of next season I need to run every defensive play against every formation and log the coverage assignments, if you have already done this please can you send me a link to your spreadsheet..
