I dont think thats a good idea. Your players would freeze to the ground, so every game would end in a scorless tie. Additionally I dont think penguins pay to see a football match...

I'd put heating coils under the field to prevent feet freezing. I'd also have nice heated benches with basic windbreak shelts built over them. The visitor benches would be cheap aluminum things. If they want better, they have to ship them over themselves.

If I am not completely wrong, than there is a several thousand meter thick ice shield above the rock bottom of Antarctica. That would mean that your heating system would result in a giant, deep swimming pool... Not good for a hard nosed running team. I never heard something like: Jim Brown swam for a 70 yard game gain dragging several divers into his under water endzone.
But your penguin spectators would probably like it...
