Don't have any players made yet but have a ton of points ready to make any players you would need for your team! I would like to make an RB, WR, FB, TE, K, P, 2 OT, DE, MLB! This would leave me with a little over 400 pts! just DM me!

leaving you with 400 points means you can't boost...don't make so many and then boost the ones you do. Quality > Quantity

so are you offereing me spots ? and i feel paying for this is kindof a waste of money when real things have real $$$ value thats just me, i like to move players up together since i can manage a handful!

I think he's suggesting that you have boosting dots so that you can get on a team as they will get first priority for winning teams or teams that have good coaching. Fewer dots that boost will have more success.
