What setting do I need to change to keep stupid shit like this from happening? Only idiots punt in that situation.

with this game you just can't be in that situation…kinda stupid

If you wanted to go for it (which is reasonable in the circumstances, if you fail, at least you died trying) - have a look at your offense Tactics/Trailing tab

At the bottom is 'Fourth Quarter/Fourth Down, Within 3, 2 Mins left'

Whatever is in there will determine a play in the above situation.

Alternatively, extend your max FG range. Mine is at 57 so I will take a FG from the 40.
