I said lol because you would think that bort/corn would see the inequality in blitzes and not screw defenses over.

but nope, this just makes running more powerful without a defensive counterbalance.

idk if it is the fact that in my 4am scrim our team hasn't used SPs and might be down ~10k SPs on some offenses positions,
but do players run much more smoothly now?

Also, the awareness argument just doesn't make sense. Why would an unaware G block someone in his periphery before the person right in front of him?

I accept that on that particular team, those particular Gs don't have high awareness. That's what I'm working with right now, though, because for some reason running the ball from the spread got real unpopular. I can hardly find plays where people are running HB dive from Singleback against an outside blitzing D.

Looking at top seasoned teams, it still happens. I just don't understand why the G would move backwards on a running play.
