At my job, We are Fixing to bring on Two Crews. Possible 3rd crew.
We have been so busy, that all I can really do is Log in and Out.
Check the team and up grading my player.

I will be very busy for the next few months with training and overseeing
as well as planning a lot of things at my job. I have not truly been able
to do the job that is required with this great team.

Hopefully, we can get someone to watch the recruiting and keep up with a plan
and not end up short changing the O-Line... I feel this is the #1 reason for
so many losses. As well as, Not very good game planning. Hopefully,
We can keep most all of you and build a better team... I do think we have a
much better team than we a showcasing. I will not be recruiting,
