No. It makes you retire a bazillion players while looking for the correct caps. This means that the bazillion players are now taking up space forever on the server, and while each player doesn't take that much space, it starts to add up after a while.

Yep had it been the case that maybe you lost some flex or whatever no matter what when creating, then yes it would make it harder and rewarding, as it is I create 5 or 6 guys until I finally get the caps I was looking for
