Sprinting is your top speed. It could be called speed, just as quickness could be called agility, vertical could be jumping. GLB2 just switched a few names.

I think quickness = acceleration and footwork = agility

Footwork is how fast you can turn on a point, sidestep, and backpedal. It's all about moving in a direction that you aren't facing. Quickness is more how quickly you can change your direction, so this is more direction change while running and how quickly you can accelerate.

In GLB1 agility did both of these things
