Oh i gotcha. Man i've ran that play and it's the only reason i DIDN'T get a shutout in my most recent ladder game. They had two bombs for touchdowns with it in the last quarter.

No, I only used it when you were running the 5 WR glitch.
And I think I ran it the last two times we played and you won those games, so it isn't like it is unbeatable, it just means that you have to throw the ball out faster. I lost to Maine, tied Detroit, and lost to Portland and Las Vegas running DAG versus 5WR sets. I also run the overload, which is a different look because it doesn't blitz from both outside edges.

whats the 5wr glitch?
The reason that by the end of the first season, people were only passing out of the 5WR formation? Because there used to be no way to blitz that formation without leaving WRs uncovered + you didn't have no hands TEs/FBs/HBs + noodle arm comeback specials = only passing formation that mattered.
Now that you can blitz the 5WR formation, people can't rely on the noodle-arm underthrows, as the QB is actually put under pressure. You can still throw out of the 5WR formation against the blitz, but you don't have the time to let the WRs run long routes.
I've pretty much abandoned the 5WR formation until I see what anti-DAG Bort releases in the offseason.

point being, U can run DAG against allmost any formation and be very successful. This game is a big joke right now!

Yeah, I haven't watched the top passing teams like DD, Sunday Funday, or Maine since DAG came in, but they seem to have adapted and are still throwing the ball.
I'm running more of a balance possession passing/power running team, so I don't really look to what the other teams are doing, as I don't know who has built their players like mine, so there's no point in trying to imitate.
I just cut out most of my long passes, almost all of my 5WR passes, and tried running the ball in more situations. It wasn't the best solution, but it was quick. ;P

In DD's playoff games, they ran the ball more than 50 times in both games, so they certainly changed things from their usual offense.
With a sophomore team, DAG and ZEB aren't quite as effective, because the offensive players are better at picking up blitzes. Sunday Funday got beat in a playoff game by running ZEB against a team that countered it by running the ball up the middle on every play. That wouldn't work for a rookie team.

Man, you think we ran up the middle just to counter DAG? Fuck that, we're a running team. Not our fault bhall didn't gameplan for it.

Whatever the reason, it was a great gameplan.

It was literally the same gameplan we ran all season.
