I get busy a lot of the time and don't sign on for days at a time, sometimes more than a week and a few of my players have fallen behind.

Will we have the option to catch them up like last season or was that a one time thing?

The "catch up" option is permanent, I think.

Also, is there a way to see past announcements? I'm trying to find them but i can't see it anywhere.

Not signing on for a week wouldn't make your player have to catch up since there's no daily training like GLB 1. Youd only have to catch up if your guys somehow missed a game of XP because they weren't on a team.
