1. Your team is sitting at 6-3 right now and a tie breaker away from being in the playoffs. What is the general feeling around the team right now?
> I think that overall our team has a chance against most teams. I don't mind the position we are in losing the tie breaker, and having to do work to get in to the playoffs. If we can't make the push, we don't deserve to be there. That simple. We have made it to 47 in the ladder ranking, so there is some optimism.
2. You have a tough schedule coming up with New York, Helmand (who has been on a tear), detroit and tampa. What are your thoughts on those teams and who do think of that group gives you the biggest challenge?
> Tampa is the biggest challenge, but that doesn't take away from New York at all, and it's possible we lose that game. It's going to require us coming out and getting it done when it counts.
3. You are in the top 5 in most catagories except rush defense, is this by design, do you want teams to try to run the ball on you or is this a gap that your working on fixing?
> There is no gap. There was one play (4 wide HB Dive) that accounts for most of the rushing yardage we gave up. I had to rework the defense to stop that one play, and I was too late in adjusting. We now play that play very well, and I don't consider it a threat anymore. We gave up a lot of yards to get to that point.
4. Your defense has created alot of turnovers this season, with this in mind, do you attribute your teams strong performance this season as more talent and strategy or a lot of luck and fortunate circumstances?
> I think we had a weak performance personally. I was too late to find the proper adjustment to HB Dive. There are only a couple plays in the game that do a decent job in stopping it, and it took dedicated time for me to find them. I think we're having a weak season and we're in the process of turning it around. For the most part we have an active team of players that are training hard in the gym, and having consistency from the training is key to having a quality team.
5. You have not lost a game outright in your last 8 matches, are you worried that you peaked at the wrong time and it might all come crashing down?
> I don't think we're peaked at all. I still think we are in the process of wiping the stink off from the beginning of this year.
6. After your loss to Alpine, your team has looked completely different, your offense has taken it up another notch and your defense is clamping down. Did you make changes to your philosophy after that game or have things just started clicking and that game was just a wake up call?
> I wish it was more complicated than one play really beating us, but it's the reality. After that, we took the play that beat us, and put it into our offense. We've been back to quality play since. I did redo the defense to go back to a previous strategy of mine, but I don't think that is anywhere near the value of stopping that one play.
7. Who would you say is the MVP of your team right now, if you had to point to one guy and say he is going to make things happen, who would you point to?
> I really think Bubba Van Cleef is our MVP so far. The pressure he brings from the DE position is paramount to us disrupting the pass. 11.5 sacks, and 9 hurries to go along with 2 FFum has really made the difference for us.
8. Which owner in this league do you consider a rival, the one team you circle on you calendar and say i dont care if i lose every other game i want to win that one?
> MoD. Without question. They beat us badly twice with that one play, and I should have reacted stronger to it's affects when the first beat down occurred. Now it's pay back for the wake up call, and I want that opportunity. Especially if it means helping to keep them out of the playoffs.
9. Open forum, is there anything you would like to say that we haven't talked about?
> I run an online football game myself called DeepRoute, so the players on my team come from that game. Might be interesting for the other coaches to check out, but it's a very different game than GLB.
10 what are your predictions for the rest of the season, who do you see in and who do you see out and who takes it all?
> Alpine is the favorite, and for good reason. I'd like another shot against them, but I am not confident that will happen.
11. Bonus Question: do you see anyone beating Alpine and if so who?
> Looking at their schedule, no. Hopefully I'm wrong, but I think they run the table.

(Tampa should also be interviewed since they were the Champs.)
