I can't seem to figure out what my current contract for my player on a team is. Where do I look for it?

Go to your team's roster page and you'll see it. Contracts are pretty meaningless, though - every single contract is a one season deal (with single season extensions available at playoff time), and they are all either "low", "medium", or "high", with no negotiable rates within them.
Low caps chemistry at 50%, and makes it regenerate at half speed
Medium is normal
High makes chemistry regen twice as fast, and gives a player +25 heart.

So rejecting a contract from the drop down because I want a "no trade clause" just makes me look like a newb. Great.
