I accepted a contract to a team last week and since then I haven't been able to play in a non-Pick up game with all CPUs starting instead of me. I've messaged the owner but I haven't seen him online, and he hasn't responded to me or on the forums.

As far as I know, I would have to wait until the owner is inactive before I can accept offers from other teams. Is there a certain time frame within a season that an owner becomes inactive, or do I have to wait until the end of the season to cut ties from the team?

Once the owner goes inactive the team goes into a cpu-like state and anyone can pick you up and you will be put on the Depth Chart because it acts like a development team. As far as cutting ties, I would think unless someone signs you, you would have to wait until the end of the season to cut ties.

Wait, so how many days exactly until the owner is considered "inactive"/CPU control ? I am having the same problem as my guy is getting literally 0 snaps in every game, since like game 3 when the owner went awol apparently. The team is 1-6-1 and all of his players have been released and are free agents and my guy is stuck getting 0 plays. So how long do I have to wait until I can get signed somewhere and actually see a snap again ?

I'm not too sure of this answer. I think last time I remember someone going inactive, it was a week or 2 of not logging in at all.
