My opponent for tomorrow played me in a scrimmage today. Now, I learn just as much as he does from the scrimmage, but I would just as soon a league opponent couldn't scout me that way. Is there a way to prevent that?

Go to your team's page, click on settings (the gear icon). Then choose scrimmage settings, and you can turn off league games. You can't turn off ladder teams, but it'll stop in-league from overscouting you.
