UP TO 50%, based on your punt consistency levels.

If you punt consistency is at 100, then yes, it'd activate 50% of the time that you have a 50 yard punt (your P averages 46) or land in the 5 without a touchback (your punter has done that 0 times this season, and also 0 last season). It helps to read the descriptions before you call something broken.

If your punt consistency is below 100, then you need to realize that it's only going to activate (at best) at a rate of half of your current punt consistency, possibly lower. And when you only punt 4 times in a game, that's a small sample size to be using.

Wow. You think I didn't read the description? Show me one example of Entrapment firing. OK, back to the description, it says any time a punt goes over 50 yards. What does that have to do with a 46 yard Avg? My punter has punted 44 times this season. 20 of those punts went 50+. Even half of my Punt Consistency like you say, should mean at least a 20% to fire. For shits and giggles, please figure out how much 10% out of 20 punts is. Math isn't my strong suit, but isn't that at least 2? Again I'd like you to show me 1 replay.

I bring up the 46 yard average to make it clear - for probably a bit more than half the times that your punter has punted, there was a flat out 0% chance for it to fire. So we're looking at a sample size of around 17 punts to begin with, where Entrapment may have fired. You're saying consistency is 40, giving you a 20% chance to fire, which means that on those 17 punts, it should have fired 2 or 3 times, yes. However, you have to remember that each punt is an independent event. Each time you punt a 50 yarder, there's a 20%ish chance that it will fire, but an 80% chance it won't. And the next time you punt, it's still 80% of the time that it won't fire. With a small sample size of only 17, it's not exactly surprising that it didn't come out on any individual time.

I don't own a punter, the punter on my team doens't have entrapment, I don't watch many punts in general. So I can't link to a replay where it fires. But with something that has a low chance to fire, on a low usage player, with highly restricted circumstances, you need a much better statistical case to show it's broken.

So basically that Ability is useless on any punter until end build imo. Is there any chance that the tool tip means any time that you have a 50 yard punt without a touchback or land in the 5 without a touchback? Maybe I did read it wrong?

So the tool tip does mean 50 yard punt without a touchback or inside the 5 yard line.
