I took my current QB build and whatnot and made a new QB and did the inspect element thing. I put in the 209,000 points that I read you get. I was able to put pass power at 83 and the rest of the pass skills to like 62ish. Then I was out of points. Is this just the way it is cause i picked slow build or am I missing something?

Oh maybe i didn't make it clear enough my bad. After I put points into passing I had none for physical or mental skills so they were all in the 10's and a few 20's

Bort & co. think 209,000 or w/e is a good number. I remember a quote from someone that they actually think it's still too HIGH. It forces people to actually make choices about what they want to do with their build, as well as pre-build trait choices to help make certain attributes more affordable.
Basically: no, you can't make a dot/toon with 80+ in all skills. Ya gotta choose. Take a few points away from your most expensive traits so you can add more to physical/mental.

Slow Build will definitely reduce the amount of skills you have. If you're not using it to take a skill to 100, then you should rebuild without it. 80's are easily obtainable on 1-3 skills without slow built. You can even get 80's in a few skills with early bloomer if you min-max the attributes enough.
