I have a level 3 Rookie QB and I'm wondering why I can't even find a cpu team for him when I go to request offers. It keeps popping this message up each day I try.

It's usually a bad idea to make a QB without already knowing what team he's going to be playing for.

A level 3 QB won't be able to join a rookie team until 60% of this season is completed. He's only eligible for sophomore teams, which are likely already full at QB.
