On Special Teams kick off allow Punter to kick the ball!! PLZ

The reason i ask this a is team with a punter built on power not Acc will kick the ball further then a kicker built for acc not power.. exspecialty in the lower levels.

There is a special attribute for Kickoff Power. Punt Power won't work for kickoff.
