I assume you did get an experienced player right? I bet that was cool. I bet you got to build a guy equal to (probably better) than people who'd been investing in their players for 24+ days, right?

Of all the things to complain about...this one seems pretty silly - and pretty backwards to me.
To sum up: You were REWARDED with the ability to build an experienced player. You were not PUNISHED. Are you a glass is half empty guy in all aspects of your life?
Do you use logic?
1.I am aware of the situation due to the fact that I did not get credit for SS points.
2.I asked the question so I could get and answer.
3.I am now discussing it because there are peoples commenting that do not seem to have all the facts. I used "Punished" because I payed just as much, and sacrificed more stats than other players made a day or so before.
Day 0 Player wait 48 days for SS point.
Day 23 Player wait 25 days for SS point.
Day 24 Player wait 76 days for SS point.
4.I do not believe it was thought out. (Hence the "Planned") If I was informed of this change I would have made players earlier.
5.No pitchforks or torches here.
Really does not matter what I am like in real life, unless you want to come hang out and have a few beers with me does it? Because then all my beers start out half empty after the first "sip".
