Warrior General Games

Offense
We will try to be balanced (run/pass) and use a West-Coast offense of short to intermediate passing. We had too many sacks last season as did most people. We will try to limit them this season and hopefully keep the chains moving. That's why I'm looking for mostly possession type WRs and TEs.

Defense
On Defense, I have decided to go 3-4 with Zone Coverage. Our Pass defense gave up a lot of yardage last season, while I noticed most teams really were not giving up much on the run side. So lets make it a little harder to pass with more back in coverage. I have the Dline mostly run stuffers but I hope to have more coverage sacks overall. Speed and Quickness is important to all Defenders in my mind. We were too Vanilla last season. I'm hoping a more focused approach will improve the Defense.

Builds must remain open for the coaching staff to see and Boosting is required. We are not a slow build team nor a place to park your player while slow building to be good in 3-4 seasons and definitely no one dimensional players. Please be active in the Forums as it will improve our ability to field a competitive team. If I find people inactive or not applying points, they will be cut. I can do better with CPUs than with inactive Agents/players. The goal is to win a Championship every season and if we are on multiple different paths, like we were last season, we will have trouble winning consistently.

I'm not a jerk nor am I trying to tell you how to build. I'm just telling you the standard I have. If we see eye-to-eye, let me know you would like to be a Viper. Regardless if you do or don't become a Viper, good luck this upcoming season. Thanks!
