Can a player respec his atts in the offseason if signed to a team? Or does he have to be a FA?

If so, can I cut a player in the offseason, let him respec, and sign him without the 20 day penalty for release a player?

I think anything you earned in the last season.

But can guys who have already resigned with their current team for S2 respec for S1 while on that same team?

Important question.

You can respec in the offseason whilst on a team. Corndog said it somewhere.
