My guess is no. Although the flex would be refunded, I doubt the superstar points would be.

You can sim the build by setting your available skillpoints, so I suggest you do that before you actually make the superstar.

Going to be funny watching all the uninformed people make awful Superstars no one wants to sign.

The big question in, 5-7 seasons down the line, when your superstar is done and you retire...do you need to re-earn the points?
