For some players I honestly don't even see what chemistry does...
Since my team has been replacing Joes throughout the whole season and we even made a replacement in the playoffs:

Depends on how you look at it...
Player now has to sign to another team and start at 0 chemistry,
Team has to sign another player that starts at 0 chem...
Assuming the team doesn't replace the cut player, they are the least harmed by the cut.
