Just in case this wasn't already thought of.

I'm not sure how it's coded, but I'd guess Bort is just reselling the inactive teams. I don't know.

I thought part of the idea was not to recycle teams in GLB2?

That was the general idea, but since this is a one time thing, I don't know.
