do theses tactics apply on all downs? other than the 4th quarter short yardage it is not stated if this is the case or not.

from what I have noticed it does not seem to be the case as I have seen my QB drop back to throw on 3rd downs many times when a run could end the game even if its set to 100% run.

if this is not the case then I guess I should then make a suggestion to have 3rd down options placed in the leading tactics

Yeah... some word from Bort about which tactics override would be nice.

Or a checkbox to turn specific tactics off (except the general tactics on the first tab).

Seems there has been quite a bit of conversation about tactics issues.

The basic nature of tactics makes it a bit of a mystery for sure.
