So what I am wondering, what consititutes a tier point? Is a Tier one of the star levels you reach as a player throughout the season? Or do you receive your tier point at the end of a completed season? I've also seen where day 24 is the cut off for making players to qualify for a SS player? Any clarification on this would be geatly appreciated as I'm sure their are others wondering this as well

End of a completed season is a tier. Day 24 is the cut off date for making an Experienced player that can accumulate a tier point in that season.

Can superstar players be bought with flex pointsk?

You can make 10/15/20 players of the appropriate tier and hold onto them for one season until they hit Sophmore (and thus gain an SS point) and then retire them all for 30% of the original price

So if you want to "buy a superstar" it's

QB/HB/LB: 3000 FP with 900 refund (2100 total cost)
FB/WR/TE/CB/FS/SS/DE: 1500 FP with 450 refund (1050 total cost)
OT/G/C/DT/K/P: 500 FP with 150 refund ( 350 total cost)

I don't know why they put LB in the super expensive category (or why they scaled the numbers that way) but that's how it works.
