Weird thing...

So normally my QB gets like 50% ish pct, goes up a little, goes down a little. That area. So When I hit level 4 I bumped up his accuracy, next game my pct goes down to like 26% I think it was. Same number of attempts etc. The other QB who Im normally more consistent than still got like 54% PCT?

What could have caused this?? My skills are;

Accuracy 36, Awareness 30, consistency 25, evasiveness 25, technique 30, power 25, leadership 31

How can bumping up accuracy result in a 50% drop in PCT?

Every time you get and assign points, so does every other player. Also, maybe your WRs just happened to be outmatched, or maybe their defensive plays just happened to neutralize your passing game particularly well. Or, hell, maybe you just got fucked by the random number generator. One game isn't significant when analyzing the statistics. It may just be an outlier.

Remember WR have to be able to catch what the QB is throwing, you might have improved, but the receivers aren't

Going through the same thing. My scrambling QB, which has no power, accuracy or awareness still manages to have a better completion percentage. Then to make ot even more wierd, the scrambler gets sacked twice as much

Scramblers get sacked more cuz they move out of the pocket and into defenders coming off the edge.

see: Keep Their Heads Ringin'...http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/15161 #1 QB in the game and he has much lower passing skills than most QBs right now(afaik). The weak passes are thrown behind the receiver and DB giving the receiver the chance to stop, turn around and make the catch uncontested. It's kinda exploity...but I like it! Lol it should even out as players get older.

Here is my QB with zero investment into throwing skills and he is leading the MvP race for Tiger league with over 1200 yards rushing and 2400 yards passing - http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/player/11812 - build is open.

yeh its not quite right but like you said I think things will even out. Too many factors effecting it I guess. Its annoying though when it shouldnt really be like that. But hey.

lol? what makes you think his throwing skills are much lower?

and he hits routes in stride all the time, even streaks

I said afaik...

That's what I've heard around the forums but I must have heard wrong. His 40 speed is lower than I thought also.

I do see my rQB having a better avg than my passer quite frequently and it is because of the WR/DB interaction I mentioned. My bad for misinterpreting KTHR. I can only hope to learn from your builds.

those plays happen, but they happen to anyone running those plays... not just my QB.

And don't read too much into the digs DD and SF have with each other. We over exaggerate a lot.
