Also, we should keep getting chem increases each day in offseason. If you sign a bot early, shouldn't they be practicing with the team and getting set up (versus bots who don't sign until day 1 of the new season)?

Meh - daily probably isn't required; there's only 3 days of "endseason" anyway. The idea of getting a one-shot boost at season rollover seems to cover enough in my opinion; players who sign on the first day after the playoffs end will get the chem boost, players who sign day 1 of the new season won't. I don't really care about making a difference between signing day 49 and day 50, and I *do* want there to still be a big difference between being a member of the team the whole last season and a new member this season, so I don't want to give away too much chem in the offseason.
