Not to be a jerk, but at this stage of the season, QBs (and HBs) are unlikely to get a job, especially when your QB can't push any of his skills past 70. You're best of retiring him (for a full refund) and re-making in the offseason before Season 2. And when you do, lower your speed attributes somewhat to up you strength/awareness, giving you a skill or two towards the 90s.

If you're not planning to be a big scrambler, you can take speed to 1. It only impacts sprinting, and all skills are hard capped at minimum of 25.
