Here is the thing. Do not tie this to High/Medium/Low contracts. Only the initial salary cap is tied to those options. Take the overflow of being good and gaining money and use it for stadium enhancements that create neat side things

New Stadium - Dome, Retractable Roof, Outside Grass, Turf

Moving your team to certain climate zones - Rain, Snow, Heat, etc..

Expansion Seating - Noise level

There are tons of things you could make happen and these things could all give +'s and -'s to certain skills making the Ownership level just a tad bit more exciting and throwing in another wrinkle of strategy and team makeup.

^ Sounds good. If you all think full plateau teams having worked enough money to have nearly a full high contract team then fair enough

I would just specifically love to see glb do something with money, since that's never been something that the glb has adequately modeled the impact of imo.

i don't like the idea of the rich getting richer. Yes that is a real life aspect but this is a game and we shouldn't be rewarding teams that are good by making them ultimately more good with a bunch of high contracts. The contract thing right now I think is a good balance. If anything I would rather see people make more decisions on giving low contracts.

but if it expands to ideas beyond the scope of contracts i am all for more finance fun. As long as it isn't exploity.

Totally agree; lots of things that wouldn't effect game balance or game play that could be done with finances.
