If players want to spend money to build players, why punish them by not letting those players develop just because GLB did not make enough teams available for them?

Consider it playing for the CFL or Euro league or being on a practice squad if you need a "roleplaying" reason for it. But let it happen.

As it is, I now have to retire a HB just because no one will sign him. Wasting my flex, annoying me, and limiting my ability to get a replacement player down the road if a free agent is not available and one of my players quits the game.

EDIT - dang I just now realized that there was a CPU league option here too. Why did I think that was not the case?

My mistake. Ignore the above.

Yeah, I can get behind this. Made a DT recently, to come into my team next season as we are having a DT drop out. Accidentally rejected the first offers from CPU teams, and then never got any more offers from him due to a bug. I had to retire, and then make a new DT.

I guess it is because age=games played in glb2 so time spent outside a roster doesnt count

Ya age is tied to games played so doesn't make sense you would want to pay for that.

View the problem from the wrong way..issue isn't player leveling or age....it's not having enough human teams for players who want to be on one.....recycling inactive teams (as I posted) just might solve the issue.

"Recycling" inactive teams isn't going to change anything, they are already treated like CPU teams and recruiting the maximum number of QB/HBs that people continue making despite them being low demand.

Well I posted it two weeks ago, so you weren't the first, anyway I would hate to see a new owner take over a playoff team from an inactive player. teams are on one year contracts, if the player doesn't pay for another season the team is sold back.

What?

How does that jive with leagues? If he does not complete his sophomore season, then next season he could not sign with my team as it ages up?
