I think he means let us choose from more than 15 actually worthwhile, effective, and unbroken defensive plays, no?
EDIT: Sorry, guess it wasn't clear that this was a joke poking fun at the sadness of plays we have to choose from. I knew he wanted more than 15 plays in a formation, but I'm saying there are barely 15 plays in totality that should even be used at all.

i think it need to adventually get to the point you can design your own plays. GLB1 started like this they added stuff like that a bit later.

No way we can design our own plays and offense can't even choose which HBs will get the ball on certain plays.
