It's entirely possible that part of the reason Hawk has such good rankings is that MEM keeps winning points in ladder games and then giving them to the rest of Hawk in league play.

MEM - by far the highest ranked team already eliminated from the playoffs. Probably the only team that's ranked 1st in the league yet eliminated from playoff contention.

MEM is known for their kindheartedness and team spirit.

Apparently it's the D-Leagues because all the HOF'rs are now CPUs post hof fix.
