So whats important when dealing with how many cakes an OT gets? One of the other OT's on my team has his run blocking tech/aw/power all around 25 which is pretty low, but he has a load of cakes and seems to play much better. Mine has power at 40, tech and awar is at 35, my conditioning all other stats are about the same as his. What can I do to improve?

What he said. You gotta watch the replays and evaluate the cakes. After adding a bit of Pass Rush Power to my DT, it definitely improved his performance.
