ALL skill +5% cost and +10max.
Is this worthy to choose.
Slow Built is GLB1‘s most important theory. But in GLB2 ,is it worthy to choose this SA for every player?

It's never worth it.

What's the point of adding +10 to all your skill caps when you won't even remotely come close to being able leverage it except on maybe one or two skills? The 5% premium on skill costs makes it even less likely you can actually use those caps effectively.

You're better off picking a trait that will increase the caps and LOWER the skill point cost of the couple of skills you want to take to 80-90.

Maybe with Super Star trait but otherwise probably not unless you are trying to take a skill like pursuit near 100.

I've used pabst's trick to run a few builds through with SB and have yet to get one close to what can be done without it.

have you done a few with early bloomer? Im assuming the atts might be the same in the end just different ways to get to them.

Yeah it seems like it has a lot more possibilities than SB, but it has it's issues too, you have to flatten out the attributes some so you don't end up with 25 max conditioning, which takes your majors down a little more so it's best only used on combo type dots where you're not looking to break 80 with anything but want a lot of 50-70s.

But SB is just terrible, the 5% costs you 10K sps right off the top, then if you actually take one or two of your majors 10 points higher it costs what it would take to get even minimal levels in your support skills like conditioning, heart, and toughness.

right click the skill points value on your player page when using google chrome or firefox. Pick "Inspect Element". This will display the section of the code that contains the skill point information.
In Chrome, it looks like this:

<span id="skill_points">xxxx</span> (where xxxx is the number of skill points)

Right click the value in the code and select "edit text". Change the number to whatever you need to = 209000 total points on the build. Easier done with a throwaway new player. On a new player that hasn't spent any points, you'd just make the number 209000. You can then close the code window and should have 209000 skill points to play with on your build. You can't save any of it, so just spend them wherever you want to see what's possible.

You can also edit cap boosters and special ability points too, if you really wanna see everything you can do. (A good way to see what the tier 3 bonuses are on special abilities)
