I think the AI will add plays to the playbook. It's not clear to me if yet if it does this because there's a minimum
# of plays required per formation and/or if it's because the playbook doesn't have a play to cover the current situation (like 2nd and med Run defense).

I have the minimum plays selected, more in most cases.
And most of my choices involve inside or outside blitzes to bring extra tacklers in the run game. But maybe it doesn't recognize my choices.

Do you have 2 GL defenses and neither are Gaps All Fire (also noticed that it reads wrong in the pbp screen)? Also what is your basic settings?

Yeah it is, the AI pulls plays based on your playbook. Your only output for goal line offense will be the plays inside that 'Playbook Section' of the playbook titled 'Goal Line D'.
