You may have gotten xp for the game today upon creation, if not you'll probably get it at rollover.

I made them late on the 21st, they missed the game on the 22nd. They are behind my other players by 1 days exp.
The player won't make sophomore at the end of the season. Not a killer by any means but he'll always be a little behind.
