So I created a new QB and requested contracts I get the message that there are no CPU teams that fit this player yet I'm finding many CPU teams with at least one cpu QB?

Try bugs or support. I'm not sure the userbase in general has dealt with this issue before.

I got the same thing for an HB I just created, but now when I go to retire him I am being offered less than what I paid to create him
