I noticed no length. Does a player sign for 1 season or for his career or what?

If he signs for 1 season does the team have to regroup each season? If your on a team you dont like are you stuck forever?

It says in the offer the length, which was one season for all the ones I got. But I suspect it's probably the same or very similar to GLB1 with the 1, 2 or 3 season deals.

1 season. Not sure what happens between day 40-43 but all contracts I've seen go thru day 43.

Probably a renegotiation period from day 40 to 43.
