I think either Easy Going can be changed so that instead of increasing chem recovery rate by 10% it reduces min salary by 10%.
Or
A new trait is made that only reduces Min Salary by 15% or 20%. Can be called something like team player.
Basically you are exchanging a potentially beneficial trait just to get cheaper contracts.
