Just wondering. IF an owner decides to sell his team can one of the players on the team get it

It would probably go to the next person on the wait list for teams in that case.
If you want to swap a team to another agent you'd have to contact support and ask. Not sure if they'd do it with an empty team (since you would be "undermining" the team wait list), but if the team had players on it then they probably would.
