Not sure if this is a bug but I have had a few players that are already on the team tell me that their player received a new contract offer from me with the same amount of money. I haven't sent out any new contracts so I'm not sure how they were sent out.

Yup, I got one from you and looking at the Team Event Log, it looks like it happened just before midnight last night.
