Fair enough. But the XP is on the table.

I'll take your KR/PR and your SS. Worst case scenario, you're a mercenary I'll let go after the game.

You could use the XP and I could use your players.

Pretty sure that you can start midway through the season and still get as much xp as if you were on a team, just not the stats.
I'm still not too crazy about having guys playing against my other guys

You get XP by playing in a game.

Unless things changed from GB1, you would be remiss to miss a game. There's more XP in it than sitting idle.
