if you respec right now do you get to change your initial traits and abilities or just your spent SP....TIA

SP and AP are the only things that you can respec.

You get a limited number of respecs though, and level 0 players with no XP get a 100% flex return, so you're generally better off retiring.

To respec, you have to wait at the end of the season? I tried to do it since I'm seeing a lot of newbie mistakes now and I wanted to correct them.

Only at the end of the season and/or while not on a team.

So if you made your player and wasn't signed yet and you just started clicking buttons and you did so with the respec button would you lose it for that season ?
