Keep in mind that each team only gets a few games, so it's probably just that everyone's schedules are filling up (note that it resets at midnight, and that's when it was "fixed").
In any case, since the season starts up tomorrow, scrimmages allowed will go up to 8 per day, but will take flex points to schedule. But you'll also be getting league and ladder games at that point.
