Warrior General Games

In creating my free player I get to the point where the scren pops up where it shows what to do to assign skill points and when I hit "continue" I am not going anywhere.

You can just close that message with the "x" in the top right. The continue should be doing pretty much the same thing as the "x". I'll look into it. Once you close that tutorial message, you can start spending your points on your player's page.
