I was wondering if anyone had insight into what would help/prevent this. I have a QB who fumbled 4 snaps in 33 plays. I've looked over the skill descriptions and none provide insight here.

Leadership gives your teammates better energy morole and help not fuck up hand offs

I think the 0 chemistry that the new players have right now is most of the issue.

I had 36 into leadership and still had 5 fumbles in the game, something is just messed.

Seems to be going down , not as many in the real game as there were in the scrims it seems.

it has to do with everyone starting with 0 chemistry. Once chemistry gets higher with more games played you'll see a big decrease.

They put in a patch to make chem have less effect on those in rookie.
