Teams can have multiple depth charts. I guess you could display the default? It wouldn't necessarily help with scouting or guarantee players were on a depth chart used in games but its better than nothing.

See em all.
Why not? What possible real world or game world logic would support the players on the team not knowing what positions they are rotating out of?

if this is NGTH....WHY????
Well, one major complication is that there is no "depth chart". There's "depth charts", so how do you display all of them.

Just like its shown fo the coaches? All made DCs on a List and anyone can see them. Visually they Could Look the Same shitty Dropdown-Menu as for coaches as well, only the differente you cannot change it or Save it...
Doesthis help agents knowing for sure where they will Play in the Games? No^^ but at least they would be happy and coaches Could simply say, which DCs will/had been used.
Edit: i hate my ipad

One option:
Add a blurb or something to the player page called depth chart.
Depth Chart Positions:
Defense: ROLB #2; RILB #1
Punt Return: OU1
Kick Off: OU1
Whatever.
(edit: of course then people are bitching "I want to see who is ahead of me on the depth chart!"...
maybe color code on the roster - there is a ton of room next to the player name.
Green is defense; red is offense; yellow is KOR, etc.
so the lineback above might have to his name a green ROLB2, a green RILB2, a yellow OU1 (i'm sure you get it.
There is tons of room there even if a guy is in 6 spots

Perhaps a dropdown with any depth charts associated with the team? The dropdown would drive two tabs. One would display the actual depth chart and other other would list the games that depth chart was used for or scheduled for.

Could it be possible to only know your own position on the depth chart? In order to keep secrecy as well as show agents where their players fit into the team's plans.

Why not let people view whatever a team has set as the "default" depth charts? Sure, some teams might switch it up often, and may even put a fake one up as default, but most teams will be lazy (and thus, honest). It lets players know why they are/aren't getting the snaps they deserve.
